The YOUTH Package is KMI's specialized screening for teens and young adults in their 20s. Tailored to the unique health needs of younger individuals, it focuses on growth assessment, immune function, allergy testing, and early disease prevention.

Urinalysis

KMI's YOUTH package is streamlined for efficiency — most participants complete the entire checkup within 90 minutes, including the physician consultation.

The process starts with a brief physical exam, followed by a simple blood draw. While the lab processes your sample, imaging (chest X-ray) and urinalysis are completed.

All results are explained by a physician in plain language, with specific lifestyle recommendations tailored for younger patients.

Understanding Your Metabolic Health

The YOUTH package's blood panel provides a comprehensive metabolic snapshot: blood sugar regulation (fasting glucose + HbA1c), cholesterol balance, liver and kidney function, and signs of anemia.

Conditions like pre-diabetes, iron deficiency, and elevated cholesterol are increasingly common in young adults — and almost always asymptomatic in early stages. Early detection at this age has the highest impact.
