What Is the MAJOR CANCERS Package?
The MAJOR CANCERS Package is designed for multi-organ cancer detection — combining 6 tumor markers, full-body ultrasound, gastric and colon testing, and a genetic cancer panel. This is the most comprehensive cancer screening available in a single visit.
Covering liver, colorectal, stomach, prostate, ovarian, and lung cancers with genetic risk profiling for 5 common cancer types.
- 6 tumor markers: AFP, CEA, PSA, CA125, CA19-9, CYFRA
- Multi-organ ultrasound (5 organs)
- Gastric + colon test selection
- Genetic test for 5 common cancers
What's Included
Low-Dose Lung CT (LDCT)
The most sensitive screening for early-stage lung cancer, recommended for current or former smokers.
8-Marker Tumor Panel
AFP, CEA, CA 19-9, CA 125, PSA, CA 15-3, CYFRA 21-1, and SCC — targeting liver, colorectal, pancreatic, ovarian, prostate, and lung cancers.
Multi-Organ Ultrasound
Liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, thyroid, prostate/uterus — full abdominal and organ ultrasound.
Gastroscopy + Colonoscopy
Direct endoscopic examination of the stomach and colon for early cancer detection.
Genetic Cancer Panel (Optional)
Hereditary cancer risk assessment including BRCA1/2, APC, and MSH markers.
Chest X-Ray + Mammography
Digital chest imaging and breast cancer screening (women).
Low-Dose CT: Lung Cancer Detection
Low-Dose CT (LDCT) is the only imaging method proven to reduce lung cancer mortality, detecting tumors as small as 3mm — often years before symptoms appear.
Unlike standard chest X-rays, LDCT provides three-dimensional cross-sectional images of the entire lung, able to identify nodules, infiltrates, and structural abnormalities with exceptional detail.
The scan takes less than 10 minutes and uses 90% less radiation than a standard CT, making it safe for annual screening.
Multi-Cancer Tumor Marker Panel
KMI's 8-marker tumor panel simultaneously screens for multiple cancer types using a single blood draw. Each marker corresponds to a specific cancer: AFP for liver, CEA for colorectal, CA 19-9 for pancreatic, CA 125 for ovarian, and PSA for prostate.
While tumor markers are not a standalone diagnosis, elevated levels trigger targeted imaging follow-up — creating a two-layer screening safety net.
This combined approach (markers + imaging + endoscopy) gives the highest multi-cancer detection rate achievable in a single outpatient visit.
Who Is This Package For?
